We get caught up in wanting to cram more and more into our days.
In pursuit of what?
Slowing down should be a principal goal of life and living.
It should extend not only to quality time with family and friends but to the way we eat, walk and engage with our surroundings.
Unfortunately, we are so preoccupied with getting to the next thing that we miss what is right before us.
Life in the slow lane should be a life’s journey and not one we aspire to at the end of our lives.
