We’re living longer, longer than most of us can imagine.
We are what we do, and that includes the time we spend looking after our physical, emotional and spiritual well-being.
Don’t take anything for granted.
Adopt a daily regime that thinks long term.
Living in the moment is not the same as living for now.
If you value your life, look after yourself.
Go for a walk.
Take regular exercise.
