It’s a beautiful day

“Today, the sun will rise on all your doubts.” ― Marty Rubin

This day will never come again.

It’s unique.

You wouldn’t think so by the way we behave: we dash through it, hoping to survive.

We’re so lucky. Surely you see that?

I know, it’s a Monday and that connotes another week of suffering — if you work. It needn’t be that way. Instead, we should accept this moment fully — however shit it might be — and not be absorbed by Monkey Mind that feeds our sense of lack.

Of course it’s easier said than done; but then again, if only we’d drop all attachment to our thoughts: life would take on new meaning.

Deep bows.
