“Our life is frittered away by detail… simplify, simplify.”

Henry David Thoreau

We hear it all the time:

Keep things simple.

But seldom do we witness anything other than chaos.

Keeping things simple allows you to focus on the important things.

It’s not something that needs a detailed exposition.

The principle is the principle.

It is not easy though. In fact, many people give up before they even get started: the friction is just too great. But once assimilated into our daily living, there is no way back. And neither is it just about order, but, rather, a way of being.

Look around you.

What do you see?

If you are not left with a calm sense of perspective, then perhaps, now, is the time to remove a few layers which are inhibiting your growth and development.

Simplify, simplify.

My next post will be posted on Wednesday, 6 March. It is my intention to publish a longer post each Wednesday, and something a little more personal at the weekend.

I know this is only my second post but I would love to hear from you on the new theme and the message.
