We know nothing.
The trouble is, we’re never quite sure where to place our attention.
First this talk.
Then this book.
Then this teacher.
Or possibly even a Guru.
My advice is to look at your life. Not the daily vicissitudes but all of it: death, grief, our relationship with others, our triggers and everything that still causes us angst — particularly our beliefs.
From that place, you’ll learn more about yourself than trying to wear someone else’s shoes.
