“Experience life in all possible ways —
good-bad, bitter-sweet, dark-light,
summer-winter. Experience all the dualities.
Don’t be afraid of experience, because
the more experience you have, the more
mature you become.”
But I’ve got some crappy thinking.
Ah, join the Club.
Forget the thinking for a moment.
What about your body?
It does its thing. No complaining; sure there’s the odd sniffle and the like but it just goes on until we’re worn out.
In the meantime, sadly, we whine.
Fall into this moment.
What’s really going on?
Not this sh*t:
“I think; therefore I am.”
― Rene Descartes
It’s a lie, and he knew it.
I mean, come on, can you turn off the inner voice?
Then again, what about your heart?
Do you contradict its motion?
It beats until there’s nothing left.
Trust me, you are not your thoughts.
And once you release yourself from that space and fall into not knowing, everything becomes, well, a lot easier.
If you must, write the message somewhere:
That doesn’t mean, you don’t need a bit of work but you sure as hell need to stop obsessing about how life should be.
Accept everything as if you’d chosen it and then…
Well, it’s all perfect.
