We seek it …
an OPPORTUNITY
As Seth Godin said in his blog post of 18 January 2011
“A [cheque] in your wallet does you very little good. It represents opportunity, sure, but not action. Most of us are carrying around a [cheque], an opportunity to make an impact, to do the work we’re capable of, to ship the art that would make a difference.”
How many times a day do you tell yourself that this isn’t working?
But what do you do to change the status quo?
Most of the Big things are taken care of, but it’s the cracks in the pavement that you need to focus on.
The little things, done exceptionally well, can make a massive difference to your practice.
Stop sitting on the fence or sniping from the sidelines.
Make everything you do count (for something).
Don’t allow the fatigue to overwhelm you.
The opportunity lies before you:
- your people
- the technology
- your ability to change
